My name is Jason Day. I have been in construction and real estate business for over 15 years! I am passionate about building your dream home for you. I also have a wife of 22 years and four wonderful children. I was born and raised right here in the beautiful mountains of east Tennessee!
Damon Bawgus, Project & Budgeting Manager
Damon Bawgus is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a degree in Engineering Technology with a concentration in construction management. He heads the office staff in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Damon has worked as an electrician and a carpenter for over 15 years. His hobbies include golfing and basketball. His wife is Lisa Marie Bawgus she was born in Manassas VA. And grew up in Bristol Va. She is a graduate of Virginia Intermont College with a degree in marketing. Damon is a big dog lover and enjoys spending time with his Doberman Pincher, Darian Dominique Bawgus. He is a member and regular attendee of Calvary Church in Boones Creek and is not ashamed of his faith. He loves to come in budget on custom homes and businesses and celebrates each time Jason Day Const. and their clients achieve this goal.

Dylan Holly, New Sales/Realtor
Dylan Holly was born and raised in East Tennessee. Dylan is a graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary. He is active in his community and loves serving people. He started his real estate career in October 2015. Shortly after getting licensed, Jason and Dylan started working together and formed The Elite Team at Evans and Evans Real Estate in 2015. Dylan is your go to if you don't know where to begin.
